Do both pictures show the same insect? Was it coming or going in the main image?

I'm not sure if both insects are the same, hard to tell with the second side-on view. The insect in the main image was on its way, though it was hanging on the top of the labellum for a while so I took a shot. I'll load another image of the second flower at a different angle - it shows that the hind leg of the insect is quite hairy and so looks different to the insect in the main image.
