I agree this does look different than Caladenia fuscata. Possibly C mentions or C pusilla. Do you have a photo showing the whole plant?

No I do not, only the upper half rest in leaf litter. It the time it was only one plant Will go back and see if more have popped up.

I have been back and could not find the plant or any others like it among the abundant brown caps. for what it is worth that plant only two flowers (as seen in photo)
