The colour of the upper surface is consistent with Perenniporia ochroleuca but these fruitbodies are thin shelves, whereas those of Perenniporia are chunkier. Trametes is a very common genus with thin fruitbodies and concentric bands of colour. In Trametes it is common to find short hairs on the upper surface (whereas Pereniporria ochroleuca is bald) and these often trap algal cells. The greenish areas that you see on some of these fruitbodies are algal colonies. Trametes is highlylikely, but the clinching evidence would be a view of the underside. In Trametes the underside has numerous small pores.
