ID tentative, seems best fit when using VicFlora OnLine (height up to 10 cm; no bract; leaves exceeding spikes; inflorescence of 3 spikes, one M two F). Second photo (a bit blurry) suggests styles are 3-fid. Three plants in a crevice on a rocky ledge
