Looks like a sheoak. Pretty sure it’s not planted. Only one on the block that I’ve found. Not sure how to tell difference between different sheoaks

Usually by the shape of the female cone and the number of leaves (the leaves are the whorl of small teeth) and whether the stems between the leaf rings are ridged or smooth
