Given the size, shape hairiness (particularly long hairs at base) and location, I suggest Canberra spider orchid but would leave this to the orchid crew.

I actually haven't spent enough time with the Canberra Spider Orchids to make informed comments based on the leaves alone. I would think this is a CSO based on location, but we will have to wait for it to flower.
