New location of this potentially highly invasive plant

User's notes

Found in a generally weedy area that is mowed regularly which allowed it to be seen. Probably more plants - hard to see in amongst the grass. It has a deep roots and will need a cut and dab treatment. Mowing does not control this weed - it cuts the flower stems off and spreads the seeds. It has a yellow flower which should make it easier to see.
