User's notes

I upload this picture on behalf of Steve B who told me that he and his son observed the peacock many times over the last month - usually on the west side of the radar station at the summit of Mount Majura.

Hi Michael & Aaron
I try to upload a picture of the peacock but it won't allow me. Never had the problem before. Any idea?

Hi Waltraud
The photo must be in the JPG image format (.jpg). Was this the case?

Yes it is jpg. Perhaps it has been extracted from a film that Steve shot. Would that be a problem?

All I did was crop the photo to a more regular shape and it was accepted.

i.e the photo suggests that the peacock is enclosed , but its not - its a free roaming bird!

the photo shows the fence around the Mt Majura trig station and the peacock is outside. Perhaps check the link to a short film which I included in one of my above comments; there is a sequence at the end of the film clip that shows the peaock running outside of the fence.
