I'm suggesting this species because I thonk it looks to be a close match with examples on the ALA, LBH and Bold Systems 4.

There is an interesting article here including an identified photo at: https://southernforestlife.net/happenings/2020/epicormic-vegetation-ecosystem suggesting this species may be an early colonizer of epicormic shoots on eucalypts after bushfire at Wamboin NSW.
