It's not a flying fox, can tell by the tail that is a Vespertilionid bat. Unfortunately the picture is a little blurry to see identifying characteristics or get an idea of scale.

The last finger on wing is too short for Miniopterus, so best guess is Chocolate wattled bat (Chalinolobus morio) based on size and colour but really it's hard to be certain.
