Probably Wahlenbergia capillaris (formerly Wahlenbergia communis) which has narrow leaves that alternate up the stems. It might be Wahlenbergia stricta subsp. stricta, which has slightly broader leaves with frilly edges that are opposite each other. Both have the ratio of free lobes to tube in the flowers as shown in photo 2.
