One small 1-2m tall shrub. Soft small fingernail sized leaves on weeping branches.
Five other smaller <1m tall shrubs of same variety within vicinity of the photographed shrub.
Phyllode shape and weeping habit look right for vestita (with which I am familiar as there is a naturalised population in Bega). I can't find anything in the Flora of NSW that looks as likely as vestita.
