I think this might be a species of Pisolithus. When immature the inside is mottled blackish/brown. The specimen on the right may have some damage to the skin, with a bit of the underlying black showing through. If you happen to see these again you could check for any changes as they mature. In some Pisolithus species the skin stays white but in others it turns brown.
