User's notes

Still images from trail camera video. I have heard an Anthochaera chrysoptera calling a few weeks ago, but I'm not sure this is it.

Great example of a bird friendly water bowl. Demonstrates the importance of providing a perch (branches are good too) in water that is not too deep, for easy access. Very important during the these dry times. If you provide deeper water (say a tub) for larger wildlife, it is also good to put some branches in so that birds can use the water as well and get out easily if they fall in (particularly young fledglings).

Thanks, Illilanga, for the ID and for the comments on the water bowl. The birds seem happy, too!
