Subsp. tricolor has white ‘petals’ and subsp. albicans has yellow ‘petals’.
Rhodanthe anthemoides can be difficult to tell apart in photos from subsp. tricolor. However, R. anthemoides has sticky leaves and hairless or almost hairless stems while L. albicans subsp. tricolor has whitish hairy stems and leaves. So it is extremely helpful to include stems and leaves in photos.
