User's notes

There were small groups of these flowers along the square rock track, Namadgi. Maybe a mix of pink and dusky fingers as some stems had only one flower (like this one) and others had 2 flowers

Caladenia carnea often has many flowers, but it is not uncommon for it to have a single flower. The stem of carnea is also quite robust, usually green, whereas fuscata has a very delicate reddish-brown stem. Fuscata also flowers earlier in the season, and I wouldn't expect it to be in flower now.

Thanks especially for the additional comment - I tend to add them to my ID books to help me out next season.
