Yes this is a male Nobbi Dragon. Great photo shows the yellow stripes and the pinkish tail base. This is probably the first record from the Upper Molonglo Gorge reserve near Queanbeyan. Looks like it was on the north-facing southern side of the river on the lower slopes right on the ACT NSW border.
