I thought muticus based on habitat. Jean is convinced it is bicolor. It looks like bicolor.

She says the dots aren't green enough, and they should be more similar to the colour of the rest of the plant.

The dots being the labellum appendage? My understanding is that the labellum appendage in muticus can be variable from quite pale to dark green but that in bicolor it is always jet black.

Comparing this to the recently confirmed sighting, Orchid Hymenochilus bicolor (Black-tip greenhood) on 20 Oct 2019 , I would say the labellums are at least a completely different shape.
