User's notes

The rosette stage is the time to control this weed. Photos show the strong underground root system which reshoots every spring.

You should dig out the whole root. It can be very long.

I am not sure that is possible. If I remember correctly, the roots can be 5 metres long.

I have dug a metre in my previous garden. Maybe we just have to use glyphosate (carefully) as it will kill roots.

If spraying to control skeleton weed the photos show the time to spray - the rosette stage. Digging out the infestation we have in HGW is I think an impossible task.
