The line across the forewing is normally stronger in Epidesmia tryxaria than in this specimen.
A better superficial match appears to be Epidesmia reservata, but this has not been found as far south as ACT.

Yes, I think E. tryxaria is likely, There seems to be a leading edge costas white margin present, but its not very prominent.
