Soft, hollow leafed plant. Similar to chives or onion sprouts. No taller than 30 cm. Growing alongside sedges in the ephemeral zone of a dam. Mulligans Flat. Found by Michael Mulvaney.

It might be Bulbine, though the habitat appears to be too moist. Wait till it flowers.

Juncus sp stems tend to be stiff and straight even when dry. This doesn't appear to be a Juncus.
