Dark morph. Note big head, small cheek patch, short "trousers", long legs, stubby toes (photos 1-3) plus light brown barring on wing tip (photo 4) and tail (photo 1-3), which indicate Brown Falcon rather than Black Falcon.
Ryu, I was convinced that this was a Black Falcon until I had a close look at the photos! I think very light brown barring on the wing tips and underneath the wing plus brown barring on the tail is a really good indicator of a Brown Falcon for future reference, as many of our sightings are in flight. Black Falcons seem to be a very solid colour with only marginal greyish barring when young or for the pale morph. Looking at all our current Black Falcon IDs, I think they all fit that criteria.
