Male Turquoise and Scarlet-chested Parrots look very similar from behind and without a clear view of the chest it is difficult to be confident. I would still say it is more likely Turquoise because it would be very out of range for a Scarlet-chested. However someone in the vicinity may have an aviary so could be an escapee. Plumage does seem somewhat more like a Scarlet-chested Parrot though.
Looking in my book I'm inclined to agree with Liam. No red on shoulder which a male turq should have. Would have to be assumed an escapee. Good pick up :)
After re-looking at the issue I have to agree because I didn't actually notice the lack red on the shoulder. Also seems to have a bluer face than Turq. Parrot. The location would also be very odd for a Turq if it was a wild one. Almost certainly an escapee. Thanks to Liam for picking up on this.
