I think this is a headless rat, and guess it was dropped by a flying predator during the night?

Tail and build both too slender for Rattus norvegicus and white belly not typical. Length of tail indicates probably R rattus (Black Rat) rather than R fuscipes (Bush Rat), and urban location.
