The Vicflora key separates jaceoides from hieracioides on the shape of the tips of the intermediate involucral bracts - jaceoides bract tips acute to drawn out into a long bristles; hieracioides bract tips obtuse to notched. From what I can see of these bracts, the tips appear to be pointed.
Thanks. jaceoides was my first guess but the NSW key separated on reflexed vs appressed bracts (probably depends on the stage of flowering). I hadn't looked at the Vic key.
