This bird was extremely tame. These photos were taken on two separate days. The last two were taken 24 days later. Yet, it seems like the same parrot. The moulting shows up on the two separate occurrences. Is the moulting indicative of juvenile growth or something more sinister?

Its clearly an adult male, so I'm not sure why its moulting. It could be an injury of some sort though.
