This is an Epipaschiinae caterpillar, like those illustrated for Salma and Spectrotrota in

It needs to be taken into protective custody and reared to get the adult moth to discover its species.

Salma species appear to feed on Myrtaceae, so this Fabaceae feeder is more likely Spectrotrota.
