Possibly Brachychiton populneus subsp. populneus. However closeups showing at a minimum some leaves and how they are arranged on the stem are needed, and preferably also flowers or seed cases as well, for a definite ID. Often a sideways on as well as a head on photo of a flower, and a photo of the back of a leaf, are needed as well.
