It took me four attempts to load this sighting, as the system kept telling me it was a duplicate sighting and wiping all of the photos, and most of the data. There were initially four photos.

Hi Christine, I've also had this problem, I think caused by using the 'back button' thus attempting to 'overwrite' the previous sighting. The solution is to slightly adjust the position of the subsequent photos on the map, either through CNM, or if you have the Canon Map utility, then through this.

Thanks Alison. I did not use a "back" button, but maybe it was too similar to the previous sighting which was at the same location. However the photos and id were different.
