In a boggy part of a creek in Rob Roy Reserve, near the flood control dam, to the east of Banks.

Oh, Michael - this is excellent. Adds significant weight to the likelihood of their breeding here, albeit probably in very small numbers. Thanks for following up. Nice photos, too.

There were other dragonflies at the location as well. I was able to photograph the Blue Skimmer, but not the other which was maybe a Swamp Tigertail. And there was a tiny damselfly too, but too difficult to photograph.

PS: I think it is statistically significant that I saw 2 males, and that I found them at the first attempt.
