This specimen has sharp points on margin of its hindwings. I thought E. meandraria had rounded margins to its hindwings. Also this specimen has white forewing bars which tend to be spotted rather than continuous which I thought was documented as a feature of E. hypisithrona. See link to P. Marriott's image (MoV part 4).

I too think the hindwing margins are too angled, and the forewing bars to spotty, for E. meandraria.
