Shield bug nymphs emerging from eggs. Images 3 and 4 show the nymphs within the transparent eggs, with red eyes and antennae clearly visible. Image 5 shows a nymph in the process of emerging from an egg. Thanks to Marcus Leach for the initial sighting.

Tim, You could follow up the development of these bugs as they are unlikely to far at first, and see what they turn into.
