Found just inside the Coconut Ant's nest, under the "sawdust" covering.

It looks like a mealybug. I saw ants trapping a giant snowball mealybug by building around and over it.

This one doesn't look like Pseudococcidae sp. (family). How about Monophlebidae sp. (family)
