Same two animals reported yesterday. Seen running through the garden area and nearby bush about 1:00pm, and this photo taken from the house at 4pm. They appear " friendly"! Photo: H & C Bachor.

I left a reply to Varanus about identifying goanna marks on mounds against the previous sighting. Also, look out for guarding of the nest mound after egg laying, mainly by the female, and her defence of the nest against other goannas.
