There are several species of Celmisia in the area. The easiest part of IDing to species level is the backs of the leaves - in costiniana, an obvious raised rib, in pugioniformis the underside woolly obscuring the rib. Unfortunately, the most common species is tomentella which is IDd by its thin fleshy roots.
