We will need another phto of this individual (showing more of the back if possible). It is a species of Lampropholis (most likely guichenoti). The second photo is not of this individual - it is a P. spenceri. WillO.

I agree with Will, it looks more like guichenoti than anything else so I will go with that until someone has anything further to add.
