User's notes

Growing right on the bank of Kangaroo Creek, not far from Corin Dam, the flowers were regularly visited by three species of butterfly in the hour that I was there, and in the first two photos you can see the Two-spotted Grass-skipper, but also feeding on nectar were the Orange Ochre and Rayed Blue.

With brown bracts at the base of the flower heads, this is subsp. ciliata.
