Flowering now, local plants are almost certainly Acacia mearnsii. One of the important diagnostics for wattles with true leaves is the glands along the main stalk of the leaf (rachis). In mearnsii they occur at the bases of the secondary leaf stalks (pinnae) and also between them. Your photos are not clear enough even when blown up to show this character. It is far more useful fo ID purposes to have a photo of a bud clear enough that a rough count of the individual flowers can be made. All a photo of open flower heads shows is the colour.
