Are you sure? I can see no sign of the diagnostic dichotomous branching of the flower stalks subtended by leaf like bracts.

My specimen might not be very good - some of the branches were chewed off - I was with the FOG group and they thought these were Velleia paradoxa - there were hundreds of them - it was blowing a gale and hard to take photos.
