My suggestion was made so that our caddisfly moderator would get an email about it. It is just a guess from casual observation.

Certainly a Leptocerid caddisfly, possibly genus Triplectides, but cannot see enough detail of wing venation

Most caddisflies differ from most moths by having hairs on the wings and body, not scales, by lacking the feeding proboscis seen in moths, and by having aquatic larvae (also a number of other features).
