These are the same ravens I reported a few weeks ago with a juvenile (juvenile is out of shot). Photos capture the adults' second unsuccessful attempt to catch a young rabbit kitten (kitten out of shot, adult rabbit in shot). The first attempt was very close, the young rabbit gave a terrified death squeal as the ravens made physical contact, but it was able to wriggle free and run away, before they made the second attempt. The whole episode was all over within 5-10 seconds.
