Short grass with large fluffy seed head

Grasses can be very difficult to ID, we really a need photo of the whole plant and other details, etc. Possibly Wallaby Grass (Rytidosperma sp). species but can't be sure.

Sorry Michael, ive added another photo, unfortunately taken with my phone, so hard to focus.

It might be Aristida behriana, which is regionally rare. Worth another photo if you are out that way
