It might also be Oxalis articulata. The character which separates the two species in the keys in both Plantnet and Vicflora is whether it produces bulbils (articulata) or not (debilis).

I've just collected a specimen from this location for the herbarium. The species has a woody rhizome (see third photo at https://canberra.naturemapr.org/Community/Sightings/Details/3870311), so is definitely Oxalis articulata.
