I was hunting a noisy willy wagtail to see what the commotion was all about when I saw this juvenile/immature grey butcherbird surveying the landscape for its next victim. I watched the bird for a little while, catching a few flies, missing the opportunity to nab a juicy dragonfly, but in the end a chance highlight through the branches seems most interesting.
