Definitely not Golden Whistler, looks more like Jacky Winter, but not sure about location.

Not at all sure. I would think the location is most unlikely to be Jacky Winter. Robkeating can you tell me more about the situation that you found this bird in. I assume it is a young bird but is this correct? Chris
