I don’t think so. Both the phyllodes and the pods appear to be quite hairy, which howittii is not. Also the pods appear to be quite broad wrt length. I presume you have run it through the Wattle app, which has the annoying characteristic of having tap on Subsets so you can turn off the Fast Find characters before you can enter phyllode length and width.
