This is a very early flowering for this species this year. I was at Black Mountain on Monday, and none of these wrr3 anywhere close to flowering!

15 August is the date the sighting was posted. The date of the record was 3 Nov 2017, which is in the section under "Sighting information" on the right hand side. See the following page (in the box "Species Information") which shows that November is the normal flowering time:
