Phyllodes 10cm x 3mm.

I am fairly certain of this ID. The scales around the developing flower buds are diagnostic, as is the prominent midrib of the leaves, which fall exactly within the l:w range. My only worry is the third diagnostic - flattened or angular branchlets.
