Don HE has Perga dorsalis on his website - I've asked for his opinion.

I think the photo is consistent with being a larva of P. dorsalis, although the legs are redder than in specimens that I have encountered. I do not know what the larvae are like of related species, which may have redder legs. So I think "Perga species" is the best that I can offer.
