This is Lichenomphalia chromacea, used to be called Omphalina chromacea. It's thallus is lichenised, comprising of a loose network of hyphae associated with single-celled green algae. The reproductive structure, the fungus, is not lichenised. Your photo has captured it's distinquishing characteristics well - the funnel shaped cap with scalloped margin and decurrent gills (gills that run down the stipe (stem)) and the alge on the soil - bit hard to see the fungal hyphae!

Thank you Pam for the additional information and the currently used name which I didn't know. I was using the name as per Fungi Down Under.
